Mr. Sribney attended the U of A for his education degree and NAIT for his journeyman auto service technican apprenticeship trade. He took his first teaching position in 1988 at BCHS and has been there since.
Mr. Sribney highly values the trades and technolgies in Alberta. He believes all students should explore the CTS programs offered at BCHS. Career exploration is encouraged for students to make connections between areas of interests and skill development. He asks his students "what is your passion for work or a career?" He also believes that students need to pursue their talents, dreams and take pride in their work and always try to do their best, by smart and hard work.
Mr. Sribney demands respect, cooperation and effort from his students. He enjoys building relationships with students who are engaged learners and look at the best life has to offer. He believes good attendance, a great attitude, math, english and grit are required for student success!
Over come barriers, take the risk......it will either be a blessing or a lesson!
